To help us take our next step, we are looking for a driven Customer Experience Agent to help us continue our journey in the health and wellness market and bring BURST products to patients everywhere.

Your Mission:

As a member of the BURST Customer Experience team, the Customer Experience Agent plays a key role in delivering thoughtful, high-quality support that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships. This role focuses on engaging directly with customers across support channels, resolving inquiries efficiently, and providing personalized, on-brand experiences. Customer Experience Agents collaborate closely with internal teams and leverage available tools and data to ensure every customer interaction reflects BURST’s values and commitment to exceptional service.

This role will report to our Customer Experience Manager.

What You’ll Do:

BURST’s Customer Experience team delivers some of the highest customer satisfaction scores globally. We are always looking for outstanding Customer Experience Agents who play a critical role in supporting both patients and dental professionals. We call this BURSTomer Service, our commitment to delivering thoughtful, friendly, and solutions-driven support that makes every interaction a positive one.

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Place orders and securely process payments over the phone
  • Assist customers and dental professionals with account-related questions
  • Resolve shipping and tracking inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and manage customer requests
  • Collaborate closely with our U.S. and Ireland-based Customer Experience teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Need: 

  • A friendly, engaging, and approachable communication style
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative independently
  • Excellent verbal, written, and numerical communication skills
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years of customer support or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Hours of Work: 

Variety of shifts between 12:00pm – 2:00am, 4 out of 7 days per week.

This is a remote position, you must be based in Ireland.
